POLYGONS
Polygons are named with the following convention: "cnmi_ppt01.e00.gz"
cnmi = island name (i.e. CNMI, Kosrae, Tutuila, Manua, Guam, Palau, Pohnpei)
ppt = parameter (i.e. precipitaion)
01 = month (i.e. 01 = January, 02 = February....12 = December, 14 = Annual)
.e00 = Arc export extention
.gz = gzipped or compressed

GRIDS
Grids are ascii files named with the follwing convention: "tutuila_ppt.14.gz"
tutuila = island name (i.e. CNMI, Kosrae, Tutuila, Manua, Guam, Palau, Pohnpei)
ppt = parameter (i.e. precipitation)
